My Favourite…

My Favourite… Board Game

Use this interactive board game to practice talking about “My Favourite…”

How to play

Students take turns rolling the dice and moving their piece along the board. When a student lands on a square they need to say what their favourite thing is based on what is shown in the box. For example, if the box says “Season”, the student must say “My favourite season is summer”. With stronger classes ask them to explain why. The other players need to listen and decide if the answer is correct or not. If the answer is correct the student stays on that square. If it is not correct they go back to their previous square. The first student to reach the finish square is the winner of the game.
